Requirements:
Health Canada's recommended daily intake of

Ready to use daily! For the easiest way to
get your Omega-3
daily, try our new Natunola®
health's delight Shelled Flax in a Shaker. Simply put your
Omega-3 on the table
with your salt and pepper at meal time and garnish your favourite foods.
To add a wonderful new nutty flavour to foods, sprinkle on salads,
pasta, rice, potatoes, meat, egg and vegetarian dishes as well as
desserts such as pudding, ice cream or frozen yogurt.

Shelled Flax Kernel is also easy to bake with. Simply add to your
recipes (cookies, muffins, breads, cakes, etc.) as you would other seeds
or nuts for added
Omega-3,
fiber and protein. For example, in a family size cookie recipe,

You can also
